We do not collect precise location data, health data, or sensitive personal data beyond the information listed above.
Your data is used exclusively to provide you with personalized analysis and insights. We send your birth date and questionnaire responses to OpenAI to generate your analysis. Data sent to OpenAI is anonymized where possible and stripped of direct personal identifiers, such as your name or email. OpenAI does not store your data for training purposes. We do not use your data for advertising tracking purposes and do not track you across third-party apps or websites.
DestinyGesty is part of our unified ecosystem. Your account and data are shared among our controlled affiliated apps to provide a seamless experience and a single sign-on (SSO) across our products. This is managed within our internal infrastructure and does not constitute sharing with third parties.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only shared with the service providers listed above, solely to deliver the app's functionality. We do not share your data with data brokers or use it for cross-app tracking.
Your account information, birth date, and the results of your initial consultation (including both partial and full versions) are stored securely in our database for as long as your account is active. This ensures you can access your primary insights and unlock the full analysis via subscription at any time.
Any additional analyses or questionnaire responses beyond the initial consultation are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored on our servers; they exist only during your active session.
When you delete your account, all associated data — including your profile, birth date, and the stored initial analysis — is permanently removed within 30 days.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication via Clerk, and access-controlled database storage.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings screen in the app. You may also request a copy of your data or ask questions by contacting us at the email below.
Users may provide a child's birth date as part of our specialized child profile analysis. By providing this information, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child and consent to the processing of this data for the sole purpose of generating the analysis. We do not use child-related data for marketing or tracking purposes.
If we learn that we have collected data directly from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete it promptly.
The content, insights, and analyses provided by the app — including but not limited to personal profiles, compatibility analysis, and "matrix of destiny" interpretations — are generated for informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, financial, legal, or professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any results generated by the app. Users should not rely on this content for making important life decisions.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
